Co-owner of Blackburn Young, Derek’s experience in the contract furniture industry goes back 20 years and includes installation management, project management and major account development. Derek brings a varied skill set to our project team that manifests when creative solutions are required to solve workplace challenges. Derek’s technical expertise makes him invaluable to Blackburn Young and their customers. Some projects and customers of note are: Fraser Health, Telus, Top Producer, University of British Columbia and Sierra Wireless. Derek will be the Blackburn Young point person and main point of contact for this project. He will attend all project planning meetings and presentations. As well, Derek will oversee all project output.
